1. Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories.
- Custom-made or personalized rugs cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during shipping.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

B. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item.
C. Package the Item: Repackage the rug securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit. Make sure to include the RA number and a copy of the original packing slip or invoice in the package.
D. Shipping the Item: Use a reputable carrier or shipping service to return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage.
3. Inspection and Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within Ten (10) business days after the item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:

5. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the item you desire.
